Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information leadville.co (the "Site," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics and may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate Site usage (pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type, referral source). Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Email address (optional). If you subscribe to our email brief, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to send you the content you signed up for and, occasionally, information about the Site. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and maintain records.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data (IP address, user agent) to serve and secure the Site.

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The Site is not directed at children.

Cookies

The Site itself sets no advertising cookies. Analytics services may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish visits; where required, these load in accordance with applicable consent rules. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any Site content.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve the Site, send the email brief to subscribers, respond to messages, and produce aggregate statistics (for example, total monthly visitors) that we may share with sponsors. Aggregate statistics never include personal information.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except: service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting via Cloudflare, email delivery via Resend, analytics via Google), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of the Site and its users.

Retention

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept as long as reasonably needed. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's standard retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Colorado Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@leadville.co, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
